Northern Powergrid Community DSO
February 2026

This survey aims to understand your initial expectations and views as you join the Northern Powergrid Community DSO trial, before trial events begin in March. There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in your honest impressions at this stage, which will help us improve how the trial is designed and support the community. Your responses will be treated confidentially and used only for learning and improvement purposes.
