How do I get started?

When the installation of the Kuib smart hub is successfully installed in your property, we will send you an email  with your “REC” code and how to download the app on your mobile device from:

Once you have downloaded and installed the app, click on the icon to open the app and follow these steps:

Once you have opened the app select New User.

• Enter Email, Password and Confirm Password. 

• Press Continue.

• You will receive an email with a verification code (check your spam). 

• Enter the verification code and press continue.

• Enter your name and surname and the REC Community Code, which was in the first email that we sent you. 

• Press submit.

• Your account is now set up. 

• Click on the robot icon at the top left to see your profile and log out.

• If you have any problems creating an account, please contact the Community DSO trial team.

• ​Next time you log in, you only need to enter your email and password.
